We’re seeking artists and craftspeople to submit work to be considered for inclusion in our curated Christmas selling exhibition which will run from Saturday 14 November to Saturday 9 January.

This year’s theme is Midwinter, an exhibition inspired by the beauty and atmosphere of the winter season.

We are looking for work that reflects the colours, textures and mood of midwinter: frost, snow, ice, quiet light and long shadows as well as work that looks at the world differently, challenges the familiar and explores new ways of seeing.

All mediums are welcome, including painting, printmaking, drawing, photography, textiles, ceramics and mixed media.

We would like to display a cross-section of high quality, unique and original work at various price points that are suitable as gifts and will inspire our audiences to make purchases for the special people in their lives.

Proposal: Please submit images (JPEG) of at least two pieces to arts@weighahead.scot and include:

• Price (to include our gallery commission of 40%)

• Bio (100 words)

• Link to your social media channels (if you have them)
